Christmas Hamper Appeal

Our ambition would of course be to ‘do ourself out of a job’ by addressing and alleviating all the needs we are presented with……. but the fact of modern living is that more and more families are really struggling financially and socially.

Each year Kings Cross Project collects & distributes food and toys to local families in need in time for Christmas. We are always overwhelmed by the generosity and goodwill shown by local people and businesses and the outcome of this is that over 60 families benefit each year.

We thank local churches, local businesses, and local groups (cubs and scouts etc), and our volunteers who contribute to bringing light into some families’ darkness.
