This service ((Positive Action Change Together), supported by Karen Garner is a collaboration of Kings Cross Project, Catholic Children’s Society and Action For Children (NCH) and delivers a specialist service to identified families within Halton. The service works alongside social services and families to deliver strategies and support to prevent the ‘revolving door syndrome’ of children being subject to a child protection plan. The service is a ‘tough love’ programme that works alongside families to identify changes that need to be addressed and implement strategies to meet those needs.
