Our Manager

The project, managed by Nick Calland, seeks to be an organisation where people with a passion are encouraged and enabled to use their gifts. The model of an orchestra leader seems appropriate, one who encourages each ‘virtuoso’ to blossom and flourish whilst keeping the whole orchestra focussed and in time with each other!

He is supported by a strong and encouraging management committee and committed colleagues.

Our Administration

Tracy Allen and Kim Donegan, our administration team, are at the centre of all that is achieved at Kings Cross Project. They are highly efficient, encouraging, challenging, patient, dependable and lots of other equally commendable attributes!

As frontline staff they are often the first contact people have with our project and they expertly put people at their ease and direct them to the appropriate services. Over the years our systems have been developed into a highly efficient support unit, allowing us to access and retrieve the information required to fulfil our aims and objectives.

Tracy & Kim keep all our services together and we wouldn’t be the organisation we are without them.
